L'histoire
Two sessions, two films for Papa Alpha. In one shoot we visited two new spaces in Nice: Station, a gym built around HYROX training, and the new premises of the Boxing Squad, the MMA club led by Aldric Cassata — one of the most respected in France, with fighters competing in the UFC.
Station — The Engine
A full class at Station, Nice's new HYROX gym. The film follows the coach through the session and turns it into a message for fathers: fitness isn't vanity, it's having the energy to keep up with your kids and set the example.
Boxing Squad — Protect Your Family
A tour of the Boxing Squad's new home: elite-level facilities, professional fighters on the mats, and the point of the film — that the club is open to any father who wants to learn to defend himself and gain confidence.
What We Did
Filming of both locations in a single day, then two separate edits for YouTube — a 20-minute visit of Station and a 10-minute visit of the Boxing Squad — each with its own pace and story.
“The body is the engine. The family is the reason.”
